Indemnification
Upon a request by MALE CORPS ®, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MALE CORPS ® and its subsidiary and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers,
and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your
use or misuse of this site. MALE CORPS ® reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the
exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which
event you will cooperate with MALE CORPS ® in asserting any available defenses.
Agreement to Rules of User Conduct
You agree to abide by MALE CORPS ® Rules of User Conduct, including but not limited to, being over 18 years of age, and agreeing
not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Use of your account to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes,
as well as transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any Canadian law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged

Choice of Law and Forum
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Province of British Columbia, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive
jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this
site shall be filed only in the provincial or federal courts located in the Province of British Columbia, and you
further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of
litigating any such claim or action.
Severability and Integration
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and
MALE CORPS ® with respect to this site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and MALE CORPS ®
with respect to this site. If any part of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion
shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the
original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
BILLING
RECURRING CHARGES
You are responsible for any and all fixed charges for your account. The first month membership fee (or
other available billing period selected) is due upon sign up. Every month (or other billing period selected), the
account will be charged the membership fee, unless a non-recurring membership option was selected.
Failure to use your account(s) does not relieve you of payment obligations.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Credit Card customers agree to allow MALE CORPS ® or its billing agents to bill such card every month automatically after the initial charge.
You agree to allow MALE CORPS ® or its billing agents to make the automatic monthly charge without separate
authorization from the account holder.
CHANGE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Credit Card customers shall notify MALE CORPS ® of any changes in Credit Card Number or expiration date. Credit Card information may be securely updated
on line at http://www.malecorps.com/help/.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD
If the credit card is not honored for any reason, MALE CORPS ® will suspend your membership until all dues are paid. Attempts will be made for 30 days
to process the membership charge using the credit card on file. After 30 days of unsuccessful attempts, the membership will be automatically terminated.
UNPAID DUES
MALE CORPS ® has the right to terminate membership for any unpaid or partial paid subscriptions. Accounts in default
are subject to an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Termination of service shall not relieve
you from the obligation to satisfy outstanding membership dues. In the event MALE CORPS ® utilizes an attorney or a third party to collect such
sums, you shall be responsible for the payment of all of MALE CORPS ®’s attorneys' fees and costs in pursuing the
collection of these sums.
DISPUTED CHARGES
It is a felony to make a false statement to an FDIC insured bank. False Affidavits claiming unauthorized use of a credit card will automatically result in
criminal charges.
Disputing any charge with your bank or credit card company does not relieve you from the obligation to satisfy outstanding membership dues.
Disputed charges are subject to a $35 fee and will result in collection proceeding to be initiated. You understand that the user IP address(es) logged at
the time of sign up may be retraced by Militis Intelligence Corporation in order to proceed with administrative and/or legal action.
Users further understand that all information gathered by MALE CORPS ® may be used for collection, credit bureau reporting as well as reporting to
Fraud Databases and Internet Service Providers.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
MALE CORPS ® has the right to modify the membership terms and/or fees without notice.
MALE CORPS ® may also offer, from time to time, promotional membership options.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
PAID MEMBERSHIPS
You must cancel your membership online at http://www.MaleCorps.com/help/. Requests for
cancellation via e-mail or telephone will not be honored.
Upon successful cancellation of your membership, you will be granted access to the site until the end of your current billing period. All sales are final and
membership fees are not refundable.
FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS
You must cancel your membership online at http://www.MaleCorps.com/help/. Requests for
cancellation via e-mail or telephone will not be honored.
Upon successful cancellation of your membership, your access to the site will be immediately terminated.
Membership Reactivation
We may, from time to time, reactivate cancelled, expired or otherwise terminated memberships at a promotional rate,
when there has been a substantial change in the web site content.
Such memberships may be cancelled at any time for a full refund.
Free Trial Memberships
Free trial memberships are offered for the purpose of allowing potential members to assess MALE CORPS ® web site. As a result, you are limited to one free
trial membership per calendar year.
Paid Trial Memberships
You are entitled to an unlimited number of paid trial memberships per calendar year.
Password Security
You are responsible for the security of your password. Should your password become compromised, resulting in unauthorized access to the MALE CORPS ®
web site, you will be liable for any and all costs or loss of revenue incurred by MALE CORPS ®, including but not limited to membership fees, bandwidth
usage, copyright violations as well as decrease in server performance.
Termination
MALE CORPS ® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this
site, with or without notice.
